To place an order, contact me by email or use the form on the home page. I can send you something you will like, or you can specify Light, Medium or Dark Roast;  Mellow, Sweet, or Balanced flavours; Whole Bean or pre-ground (let me know how you are brewing your coffee and I will adjust grind size accordingly); and 225g or 650g bag sizes.

They are all really good, you can't pick the wrong one. I suggest trying a few to see what you like. If you don't like one, let me know and I will find one that does.


The coffees that we offer change from time to time, based on what's in season and available. Some are blends, and others are from a single farm or region. They are labeled Sweet, Balanced, Mellow, and Limited Edition. 

 I generally offer coffee at $50 per kilogram, but it can be higher or lower depending on the price of green coffee and what I am currently roasting.


All of the coffee is specialty grade, which is very high quality. Specialty coffee is specially grown and processed, it can be traced back to the place it was grown,  has far less physical defects and tastes a lot better. It also tends to cost more to buy. If you would like to know more about which coffees I am using, please ask!


Sweet - These coffees tend to be roasted lighter to emphasize their sweet, light taste of citrus or fruit.

Balanced - These coffees balance sweetness, acidity, and bitterness to make a complex, delicious cup of coffee that is perfect for everyday drinking.

Mellow - These coffees emphasize smooth, chocolate, vanilla, and caramel notes, and lower acidity.

Limited Edition -  These are unique, special, high grade coffees that are very intense. I blend these coffees with a neutral coffee to balance the flavours a bit more.

Ordering, Shipping, and Refund Information

Ordering 


I have roasted coffee that is ready to ship. If I do not have the coffee you want ready to ship, I will let you know when I will roast it and have it ready for delivery. 


I roast coffee on Saturdays, and ship on Mondays. Most orders will be delivered in 1-3 business days. Larger orders, and custom gift orders will take a bit longer, please contact me ahead of time to let me know what you need. 


Payment - Email orders - Once your order details are confirmed, I will send you a payment link from Square Payments by email or I will request an e-transfer. The coffee will be delivered once payment is made.


Delivery - I will provide a shipping estimate, it typically costs less than $20 for local shipping. If you would like to arrange for a pick up, please let me know. 


Replacements - If you are not happy with your coffee, please let me know and I will give you a replacement.
